Responsible Gaming at 09brt
We believe gaming should be fun, safe, and fully within your control. Explore our tools and guidelines designed to keep every player protected.
At 09brt, we provide an exciting range of online games including live casino, cricket betting, slots, crash games, and more to players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and all of Bangladesh. But with great entertainment comes great responsibility. We are deeply committed to making sure that gaming remains a leisure activity — not a financial burden or a source of personal distress.
Our responsible gaming framework is built around transparency, player education, and practical tools that give you real control over your gambling activity. Whether you are a casual player who enjoys the occasional slot session or a dedicated sports bettor following the BPL and T20 World Cup, our policies apply equally — and our support team is always ready to help.

How Our Tools Work
Each tool below is designed to give you direct, practical control over your gaming experience on 09brt. Contact our support team by email to activate any of the following features on your account.
Deposit Limit Adjustment
You can request a lower deposit limit at any time and it will take effect immediately. Requests to raise your limit undergo a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before they are processed, giving you time to reconsider.
Self-Exclusion Request
Players who feel they are losing control of their gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you will not receive any marketing communications from us.
Time-Out Activation
A time-out lets you pause your account for a defined short period — 24 hours, 1 week, or up to 6 weeks — without requiring a full self-exclusion. It is ideal for players who need a short reset without permanently closing their account.
Loss Limit Setting
Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once you reach your limit, your account will automatically pause further wagers until the period resets. This is one of the most effective tools for preventing problem gambling.
Our Commitment to You
09brt operates on the principle that player wellbeing always comes before revenue. We have built our platform with the following commitments to every registered player across Bangladesh:
- ✅We never market gambling as a way to earn income or solve financial problems.
- ✅We proactively monitor accounts for unusual activity that may indicate problem gambling.
- ✅We strictly enforce the 21+ age restriction and verify player identities during account registration.
- ✅We provide all responsible gaming tools free of charge and process requests without delay.
- ✅We train our support staff to handle responsible gaming conversations with empathy and discretion.
Self-Assessment Checklist
If you are unsure whether your gambling habits are healthy, ask yourself the following questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to two or more, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team or take a break using one of our protective tools.
- Do you spend more money on gambling than you originally planned?
- Do you gamble to recover money you have previously lost?
- Has gambling ever caused tension or conflict in your family or relationships?
- Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you try to stop gambling?
- Have you ever borrowed money or sold assets to fund your gambling?
- Do you find yourself thinking about gambling even when you are doing something else?
Recognizing a potential problem early is the first and most important step. 09brt is here to support you — not to judge you. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] at any time.
